Youth Strength Training
Two hours of training with a Personal Trainer to prepare for using the Nautilus weight machines and other weight room equipment in the Fitness Department. This program prepares youth to safely use gym equipment and will give them the option to work out without parental supervision after graduating.
Open gym hours available every day! 12 and under can enjoy our two gyms with their parents and guardians, 12+ may come unaccompanied.
Youth Basketball Leagues
Our youth basketball leagues are designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and personal development among youth participants. Our leagues cater to various age groups, skill levels, and playing abilities. We strive to on sportsmanship, fair play, and character development to encourage players to grow on and off the court.

Our sport clinics and trainings provide a supportive and engaging environment for young athletes to develop their skills and improve their overall skills. Our clinics are designed to cater to players of various skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the fundamentals, to more experienced players aiming to enhance their abilities.
Healthy Teen Relationship Building 101
Hosted by New Directions Center and The Y, will be a series of 4-week courses for 8-12 graders that focuses on health relationship building, healthy boundaries, consent, and online safety.
